Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your boxing shoes. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Return window

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return conditions

• Items must be returned unused and in the same condition you received them.
• Items that have been damaged after delivery cannot be accepted for return.
• The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.

Damage during shipping

Parcels can occasionally be damaged by the shipping carrier while in transit, and we are not responsible for damage caused by the carrier. To give your shoes the best protection, we recommend choosing shipping with the shoe box at checkout. If your parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us with photos straight away.

How to start a return

1. Email boxingfootwears@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We'll reply with return instructions.
3. Send the item back with the return shipping method of your choice. We recommend a tracked service.

Refunds

Once we've received and checked your return, your refund will be processed within 1–3 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it in your account.

Your consumer rights

This policy doesn't limit any rights you may have under the consumer laws that apply in your country.
